Short-term objectives - to offer burns victims a relaxing and pollution free environment together with daily practical positive reinforcements to help cope with the social stigma of permanent and often disfiguring scaring after major surgery.

Long-term objectives - The Accommodation and Activity Centre at Phoenix House will provide educational and social skills to aid in the return to the community, and to promote an atmosphere of relaxation and to help restore confidence with a realistic expectation of new social interactions in a life after burns.

Phoenix House will seek a suitable Patron to promote the activities to present with dignity the plight and difficulties faced by burn's survivors.

To actively peruse avenues to promote the awareness of Phoenix House to Hospitals.

To maximize media opportunities to the benefit of Phoenix House and burns survivors in general.
